We accept returns and refunds only for the following cases:
Items that were wrongly sent.
Items with manufacturing defects.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind.
Notification & Process
Customers must notify us by completing the Return Form within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
An email confirmation with a Return Authorization Reference Number will be sent upon successful submission of the form.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
Returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be processed.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

The time taken for your payment service provider to credit the refund may vary.
Important Notes
Refunds are processed at HQ only and are not available at retail outlets.
