Return & Refund

Eligibility

  • We accept returns and refunds only for the following cases:
    • Items that were wrongly sent.
    • Items with manufacturing defects.
  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind.

Notification & Process

  • Customers must notify us by completing the Return Form within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
  • An email confirmation with a Return Authorization Reference Number will be sent upon successful submission of the form.

    • Printed Return Form
    • Confirmation email with the Return Authorization Reference Number
    • Original Receipt

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be processed.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
  • For online bank transfer orders, please provide the following details via WhatsApp to +60 16-227 9762:
    • Bank Name
    • Account Number
    • Account Holder Name
  • The time taken for your payment service provider to credit the refund may vary.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed at HQ only and are not available at retail outlets.
  • The management reserves the right to reject any returns or refund requests at its discretion.
